We stopped in for a late breakfast at this IHOP on Tulare Street and were immediately seated. Only about one third of the tables had customers so we had good service throughout our visit. As we have come to expect from the IHOP restaurants, the coffee was fresh and they left the carafe at our table to refill our cups as we like. Both of our meals were tasty and still fairly hot. If you've ever worked in a diner, you know that serving a hot breakfast can be a challenge even if the restaurant isn't busy. My wife's scrambled eggs were light and fluffy and my over easy eggs were cooked perfect
