Huy Dam★Bad customer service at this store. I asked at the checkout counter if the store matches online prices. I was thinking about the price, and the lady immediately took my Lego box and said no. I have been a member for a long time, at least 10 years, but this is the first time this has happened. The chinese lady at the checkout counter is mean.

One was on a front table because it is "popular" and the other was squirreled away in the "Young Adult" section. I never found the beginning of the alphabet in the regular Fiction section either. I actually grew up in a bookstore as my parents owned one when I was a child so I'm usually pretty adept at finding what I am looking for. I think this is the perfect store if you want to
