Bad customer service at this store. I asked at the checkout counter if the store matches online prices. I was thinking about the price, and the lady immediately took my Lego box and said no. I have been a member for a long time, at least 10 years, but this is the first time this has happened. The chinese lady at the checkout counter is mean.

Nice Barnes and Noble with a large selection of books, vinyl, and other merchandise. Neat and tidy. It was busy on a Saturday night. The store also has a cafe.

This is the largest and best B&N in Montgomery County. It is spacious and comfortable. They have an excellent selection of books, magazines, stationary, and other merchandise. It also has a café, with pastries and baked goods. I enjoy talking with George, the manager, and his knowledgeable and helpful team. If you want or need a book, it is a great local option!

The staff are oh so very helpful, especially Taylor! I went in this morning to grab a couple of requested books for my daughter. I'm knocking down a star because I couldn't find the books I needed without assistance. One was on a front table because it is "popular" and the other was squirreled away in the "Young Adult" section. I never found the beginning of the alphabet in the regular Fiction section either. I actually grew up in a bookstore as my parents owned one when I was a child so I'm usually pretty adept at finding what I am looking for. I think this is the perfect store if you want to
