As someone in leadership myself, this experience was extremely disappointing. The management of this location should take a hard look at what’s happening inside their store because it’s not just hurting the brand it’s failing the people working there. The restaurant was completely full, yet only two servers were on the floor. That’s not a staffing issue, that’s a leadership and planning issue. We watched multiple tables walk out after receiving no service. It took 15 minutes just to be greeted and have our drink order taken, and another 10 minutes to receive drinks and place our food order.

Ordered Eggs Benedict. What I usually order at IHOP. Pouch eggs Holiday sauce. This IHOP had ham instead of Canadian Bacon... They eggs were so over cooked they were like a hard boiled egg. So I just asked for a couple over easy . Of course by the time they came food was cold. Maybe I should have had it redone. Not sure it would have made a difference. When I cut into it. Quite a long post but today on 9/30/24 at 11:30 in the morning. My girlfriend and I came to IHOP because I had just gotten off my shift. When we got there the waitress seated us and was decent but seemed a bit unhappy (I would too if my manager was Richard “Richy” Dextre) well anyways I order the breakfast sampler and my gf ordered the tres leches pancake combo. We got our food a bit later and my gf was eating her food. I get ready to take a bit of my meal when on the eggs I see hair. Very disappointed with our experience at IHOP. The manager was rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking in customer service skills. A little kindness and respect go a long way, and unfortunately that was missing during our visit. We won’t be returning after this experience.
