I recently visited Arby’s and had a very disappointing experience. The food took much longer to arrive than expected, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. When my order finally arrived, it was barely warm, and the fries tasted stale rather than fresh. Overall, the meal did not meet the standard I expected for the price. The customer service was also lacking. The staff seemed uninterested and rushed, and it was difficult to get assistance when there was an issue with my order. Arby's gyros and burgers are decent and all, but who the heck is making the hiring decisions out here? I usually don't care about service but The "people" behind the counter could not care less, they seem to be continuously high and completely disconnected. I normally have good service here, however recently it's been going down hill. We ordered two meals and both came with large lemonades. They only have 2 options a small and medium, but the menu reflects REG 16oz or LRG 20oz (Really a med). What's so special that you charge your customers extra $$ for a 'Large' lemonade but they come in a medium cup? We'd be better off getting a actual large drink. Then the fries were so cold we threw them away; and they didn't fill the box.
