We stopped in today after my daughter's recital, where a lot of other dancers decided to go as well, and Sean was there all by himself! Despite the ever growing line he stayed pleasant, and worked quickly and did not let it get him frazzled! He kept a smile on his face and handled that way better then most would have! Kudos to him for holding it down!!

Had a cake made and delivered. Wrong color lettering and they forgot to add ‘Mom’ so it only says Happy Birthday. Their excuse was that they had a lot of cakes to do… Resolution provided: bring the cake in and they can add ‘Mom’ or purchase another cake from them and receive $5 off purchase but the cake has to be placed in person - they have a list I guess. Party starts in an hour so I don’t have time to go back. Also it was delivered so why would I want to go back when I already paid the delivery fee and tipped the driver… I asked if they can simply discount/refund a partial amount for th

My favorite ice cream shop in Garner! The store is clean and smells sooooooo goooood and they have such cute decorations. Management is up to par and very patient with customers during rushes. The crew works really hard and give great service. Such a fun experience every time I come in. Lots of options to choose from.

This store is poorly managed, I phoned in a cake 2 days in advance. The cake was incorrect, and the staff was not only rude but the cashier was cursing at me. No one stepped in to control the situation on what they referred to their "busiest day of the year". They had no manager present and a restaurant full of people. When I spoke to the owner, she wasn't surprised. I could tell this wasn't the first time nor the last time. Something really does need to change. People don't deserve to be treated nasty when trying to get ice cream.
