BEST EMPLOYEES EVER!! I came in on Tuesday with my pregnant wife and let me just say… I have never had better service when receiving my food. Jackson was so sweet, he brought my food to me and had genuine care for the customers. We were missing a fry and Neveah came out and fixed it for us super quick and made it smooth and easy. 5/5 customer service y’all!

we made an order thru the app. they couldn’t find it when we got there. made us make a new order & messed it up. manager did not seem to care & just seemed annoyed she had to do her job. wasn’t even able to get a refund for the online order.

With the long lines and the amount of time you spend waiting on orders, you would think the food would be good for consumption but that's far from the truth. You are waiting to get food that looks and tastes worse than school lunches. Would it taste better if it was frozen then microwaved, probably!
