I’ve been coming to Dunkin’ for years, but recently this location has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I consistently place my orders 20 to 30 minutes in advance, arrive on time, and my order is still not ready, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. On top of that, the food quality has noticeably declined. Items like the Snackin’ Bacon are often stale, burnt, and served in very small portions, like what I received today. Extremely disappointed. I ordered a bagel sandwich and loaded hash browns from the Dunkin’ Donuts on Wisteria Drive in Germantown, and both were completely unacceptable. The bagel was burnt to a crisp, and the bacon in both the sandwich and the hash browns was undercooked. It’s frustrating to pay for food that’s not even cooked properly. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was just bad quality all around. This location really needs to pay more attention to food prep and consistency.

It's 6 am and the line at the drive-thru is cranking. At least 10 cars in line. I headed inside to get some donuts and coffee for the wonderful people in the medical office I am going to. Place is clean, organized and ready for business. Took them a little to get to me, but that is okay, gives me time to review the selection of donuts to add to my box.
