We decided to go out last night on super quick date and we chose Panera’s. The girl at the register was super sweet and friendly. They were out of two different soups and I ordered, choose two and I bit in the my sandwich and my tomatoes were so gross. And I couldn’t eat the rest of my food. My husband’s sandwich literally had one piece of meat and barely edible but he was hungry and ate it. I asked for the MOD and showed her my sandwich and she did refund my money. All together it was not a great experience and we won’t back at this location

Put an order in ahead of time - 4 days ahead. Wasn’t ready when I got there. Plus half of the items were out of stock at 7:30 am. Worker at the drive thru (young teenage female) told me “awesome” when I shared my experience. Spent $50 bucks on an awful experience. Will never be back.

Me and my grandma stopped in to get dinner. We ended up getting overcharged for our food , there were items on the receipt we didn't order or receive, and unfortunately we didn't notice until we got home and looked at the receipt. Pay attention to what they charge.
