This is a very unpleasant dining experience. I have visited this store many times before, and I have never tried that the staff's service attitude is so bad. Today, I went into the store to order food by myself. Unfortunately, the type of bread I chose was sold out. I was going to ask the staff (Name: Guadalupe)if he had a good recommendation. Who knows that the staff ignored me and went to greet other guests? I thought, forget it, I will order it myself! Then I went to the drink bar and poured a coke for myself. Then the staff with bad service attitude came over and said to pay for the coke.

Stopped by for lunch to grab salad and soup, came through drive-through. When I left, I ended up with totally different order. When I returned to address the issue, I was faced with Dan the manager. He was upset that I am complaining about not having all the ingredients on my salad (that I paid for) and that I’m complaining that I received a different soup than what I ordered. As a manager his way of addressing my concern was by taking the salad back, ripped pieces of salami, and threw on the salad and brought it to me and gave me a cup of soup. Asked the name on the order and made me wait an additional 15 minutes to get 1/2 sandwich....fine....see picture of said sandwich ....all mishaped and with barely any protein strategically placed on one corner. And 'forgot' to give me the bread and croutons for the soup.

I usually love panera. This location didn't give me what my sandwich included it with. If you get a Chipotle chicken avocado, Make sure they give you avocado, because I didn't even get my avocado. I had the mexican street corn chowder, tortillas were so stale. Very disappointing.
