As for the food, I tried the pho. The broth itself was fairly mild and didn’t have much flavor on its own. While they do provide the usual add-ins so you can adjust it to your taste, even after adding them it still felt a bit bland compared to what I typically expect from pho. It wasn’t bad, just average. Solid overall experience, but the pho didn’t really stand out flavor-wise.
