I called the store and spoke with Leah, who acknowledged the mistake and offered me a $20 credit.When I called back on Monday to use the credit, Monica told me it was only $10. Instead of verifying the information with Leah, I was given conflicting details about the resolution. This lack of communication and consistency made for a frustrating experience. Very disappointing customer service.

E. Fajardo★This one Pizza Hut has got to be the worst one of all. They have the worst customer service in town. I requested curbside and they wouldn't come outside. When I called they said they didn't do that at this store. When I went inside the place was empty because everyone had gone to lunch. I had to wait for for someone to come and when I finally got my pizza it wasn't hot. Not to mention that it didn't taste the way a Pizza Hut Pizza usually tastes. I thought it was just me because I was upset at the terrible service I got but when the rest of my family tasted it they too thought it was weird. I
