placed a delivery order on Friday and received items that were completely different from what I ordered. I called the store and spoke with Leah, who acknowledged the mistake and offered me a $20 credit.When I called back on Monday to use the credit, Monica told me it was only $10. Instead of verifying the information with Leah, I was given conflicting details about the resolution. This lack of communication and consistency made for a frustrating experience. Very disappointing customer service.

I please my order in advanced and I’m here waiting for my order. One of the ladies red shirt is great, but she was doing all by herself, serving, attending. Then another girl on her phone! Very unfair to people working only one doing the job.

This one Pizza Hut has got to be the worst one of all. They have the worst customer service in town. I requested curbside and they wouldn't come outside. When I called they said they didn't do that at this store. When I went inside the place was empty because everyone had gone to lunch. I had to wait for for someone to come and when I finally got my pizza it wasn't hot. Not to mention that it didn't taste the way a Pizza Hut Pizza usually tastes. I thought it was just me because I was upset at the terrible service I got but when the rest of my family tasted it they too thought it was weird. I
