Stopped in for the morning brew onna logistics layover nd decided to add-on pastries. Coffee was hot n fresh, as well as pastries. At the time of the order, Nicole, who took my order missed my request for two pastries. However, on the correction, she was kind enough to be accountable nd offer the 2nd one at no charge. A welcoming gesture of goodwill is always favorable nd respected. Thank you.

Beware, if you are out early on a Sunday morning this location does not open at 5am. I was there at 5am, hours on the door are posted as 6am. Doors are locked, no one answered the phone. Website also listed opening as 5am. 😡

Usually i have a good visit to this dunkin’. This time I definitely did not. I asked for a grilled cheese and my iced coffee as usual. I had to ask to have my grilled cheese remade because the toast was cold and my cheese was not melted at all. Not to mention they did not tell me when my grilled cheese was ready we had to guess if it was ours or not. They remade it but the quality was terrible yet again. I definitely think it depends on the staff, this staff was mostly teenagers and they were complaining loudly about orders and what the costumers were doing which is unprofessional.

worst customer service ever had, no one turned around to greet us! overall did not have any doubts out, pretty bad for a donut shop!!
