Elizabeth R★★I usually make my coffee at home... Yet, I decided to take my sweetie for a treat one morning and said let's go to Dutch Bros! The employees seemed to worried about how cute they looked with their sunglasses more than they did the customer service. 2 expensive Carmel Macchiato's later... I should have saved my time and money and made my own at home. Customer service goes a long way. Do better employees.
Abry hill★★waited 35 minutes for one drink, was forgotten about while standing outside i ordered on the app at 10:18 and got there at 10:29 i waited until 10:51 for my drink and 3 people who i watched order after me got their drinks first. i am a server and try to understand but i ordered a singular drink and i tipped an extra $2 to be plain forgotten about. was made late for work waiting for the order.

Juliana Freelong★★Went there for my sisters birthday drink and the advertisement of the mangonada has a lot of the strawberry sauce on it… take a look at the pictures.. I had to pay extra for 2 more scoops and it STILL didn’t look like the advertisement… FALSE ADVERTISEMENT… so annoyed..
