I usually make my coffee at home... Yet, I decided to take my sweetie for a treat one morning and said let's go to Dutch Bros! The employees seemed to worried about how cute they looked with their sunglasses more than they did the customer service. 2 expensive Carmel Macchiato's later... I should have saved my time and money and made my own at home. Customer service goes a long way. Do better employees.

waited 35 minutes for one drink, was forgotten about while standing outside i ordered on the app at 10:18 and got there at 10:29 i waited until 10:51 for my drink and 3 people who i watched order after me got their drinks first. i am a server and try to understand but i ordered a singular drink and i tipped an extra $2 to be plain forgotten about. was made late for work waiting for the order.

Dutch is my go too sweet treat coffee. Everyone at any location is upbeat and friendly. The lines do take a minute sometimes but that’s only because of the great product. Dutch is a must try!!

Went there for my sisters birthday drink and the advertisement of the mangonada has a lot of the strawberry sauce on it… take a look at the pictures.. I had to pay extra for 2 more scoops and it STILL didn’t look like the advertisement… FALSE ADVERTISEMENT… so annoyed..
