Had a very good dinner with plenty left for a good lunch next day. Had to try their pork belly which was outstanding. Crisp sear on the exterior, soft and tender slices of pork belly with a nice balance of fat and meat. Spicy dipping sauce with a little ginger, I think, and this added a nice alternate flavor but the cuts stood on their own just fine. I'm a little leery about new Asian style eateries as I am not a fan of velveted meats at all. I had their sweet and sour chicken for my entree and I quite liked it. Loved the beef Pho! The noodle is soft and chewy served with great cut of meat. Only thing is I would have enjoyed a little more meat but at $12.50 for a large bowl, it’s a good portion. The roster pork looks really good too. I’d definitely be back.

I died and went to heaven eating the beef pho with pork belly. My husband and I had just spent several hours on a long, hot walk and were absolutely famished. Pho sounded great, so we stopped in here for lunch. I figured even if it was mediocre, it would still be satisfying. But this was so delicious, I had to close my eyes just to truly appreciate how good the broth alone was. Paired with the pork belly, it was mind-blowing.
