Had a very good dinner with plenty left for a good lunch next day. Had to try their pork belly which was outstanding. Crisp sear on the exterior, soft and tender slices of pork belly with a nice balance of fat and meat. Spicy dipping sauce with a little ginger, I think, and this added a nice alternate flavor but the cuts stood on their own just fine. Loved the beef Pho! The noodle is soft and chewy served with great cut of meat. Only thing is I would have enjoyed a little more meat but at $12.50 for a large bowl, it’s a good portion. The roster pork looks really good too. I’d definitely be back.

I died and went to heaven eating the beef pho with pork belly. My husband and I had just spent several hours on a long, hot walk and were absolutely famished. Pho sounded great, so we stopped in here for lunch. I figured even if it was mediocre, it would still be satisfying. But this was so delicious, I had to close my eyes just to truly appreciate how good the broth alone was. Paired with the pork belly, it was mind-blowing.
