Placed an app pickup and upon arrival we were told they were out of brisket, understandable enough but the other food items couldn’t be excused for. My salad didn’t have a bread roll but the butter was included, and the cheesecake speaks for itself. A plain cheesecake isn’t even a menu option and that’s what we got!! Had a good experience at the Brookfield location and wanted to give this one a shot, unfortunately it was disappointing this time. I’d give grace but it was dead quiet in there so the plain cheesecake and missing roll felt like them not caring to include it, hope this was a one of

I enjoy the food alot. Don't get me wrong but its very upsetting to have your order not be complete like it should be if you're paying for it, im always missing the bread that comes with my soup, the strawberries that come with each meal. I hope they do a better job next time.

1st time hear. Black woman taking my order was incredibly rude 2 the point that my BF had 2 step in. I'm hard of hearing & it seemed she was in such a hurry. No one was behind us. Ruined it 4 me. The other 2 girls were nice. It doest explain limits of each category so I had 2 keep asking. Not enough 2 put on & expensive 2 add more. Charged me $3 for chicken, i didn't have chicken. When I asked, she said I had 2 extras. I didnt. I did have sweet potatoes so maybe that veggie is the same price for meat? WTH. Won't be back.
