My absolute favorite is an Italian beef w/sweet peppers & an insanely rich outstandingly delicious, chocolate cake shake. 🍦🍫 🎂 I didnt think I could like Portillo's more...Until....guest services replied to my review loaded with condiment puns🤭🤣😎 Great food AND free comedy! OUTSTANDING!!!

Food and service were great. The location smelled like the cleaner Fabuloso everywhere. Even the outdoor dining area smelled like that. They must use it to clean the tables. Still can’t get the smell out of my nose. The soap dispensers in the bathroom have water mixed with soap. Definitely some health code violations going on at this location. Upper management should look into it and not clean the entire location with fabuloso.

Long wait just for the food to come out soggy along with the fries, they tasted old and unseasoned. Guy at food drop off was super nice though unfortunately the cooks clearly didn't care about their jobs

Great service and the burger was on point but, the fries weren't hot nore do they season them. But, a cup of cheese sauce goes well with them.
