Quite busy. I had the healthiest thing on the menu, a poppyseed strawberry and chicken salad. It was perfect. I didn't understand since there was no table service when you paid online they ask if you wanted to tip. But the budget duo with the soup half sandwich and roll or a stealer price if you drink water. I had a gift card for Panera, and we came here for lunch. We went inside and ordered at the kiosk. I got a grilled cheese and creamy tomato soup Value Duet. My partner got a Bistro French Onion Soup bread bowl. I also got a side of bacon macaroni and cheese. Something we did not consider was that all of our items came with a side baguette- we think we could have changed it to a bag of chips or an apple, but we did not realize we could do that. I have such a love for this location. I’ve been a customer here ever since high school and have always had a pleasant experience. I came back to town and placed a Panera order for the drive-through. My order was ready super fast. I got home and realized my sandwiches were missing. When I called, the manager I spoke to was so helpful and kind over the misunderstandings that had occurred. It sucks not getting food but mistakes happen and I think the response to the mistakes is the most important. I felt like the resolution was extremely thoughtful and professional. I went there this morning and got a chicken salad meal and literally the drink that I got the dragon sunset she didn’t make that as a combo she charged me separately and then she put under the chicken salad meal no drink, but I got a drink and then literally I got a berry parfait and she didn’t even put a spoon in the bag and she forgot the bag of chips literally need to be more focused in aware! because nobody gonna keep on spending $21 and that crap happens
