She stopped at this Culvers for dinner, and while pulled over waiting for her food, she realized her car was smoking. She asked the drive-thru employee for help and Malachi, a manager I believe, came out to help her. Not only did he help her get her car out of the way, he also popped the hood to diagnose it and let her know she should not drive it home. He even carried her luggage inside for her. She arranged for a tow, and went inside where she was offered free food, drink, etc. Empl
