BLT mozzarella cheese, Chipotle aoli & caramelized onions on white bread. I've never customized my sandwich to this extent but you guys nailed it tonight. Moreover, the bread on the side was cooked perfectly. It made for a truly rejuvenating lunch. However, my mom wasn't very impressed with her salad. She ordered the Mediterranean salad and thought there were too many cucumbers. She even had to remove them because they were overpowering the other flavors.
