My husband and I both had appetizers-fried mushrooms and mozzarella sticks. Both were delicious! My husband had a cheeseburger and fries. He said it was so good! I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and fries. It was amazing! Essence kept our sweet tea glasses full. This is a small restaurant with wonderful food! There are daily specials and a wide variety of food options. It’s a hidden gem at the Island View and we highly recommend stopping by!

The tables are set for four but could easily be turned into 2 two tops. There was some sign about social distancing being the reason why they could not move the tables. (Hello, It’s 2025.) The meal comes with a salad. Seems the salad was put together last week. The lettuce was wilted and the cucumbers were slimy. My “rare” steak tidbits were raw.
