Yis F★★★★★I'm a repeat customer multiple times at this outlet since they started years ago. 1st time today trying their bubble tea selection though and I went with the Dubai Choc flavor. Surprisingly the black tapioca pearls stay mostly chewy and soft even after 12hrs later in the fridge. Most tapioca pearls I had from other professional boba tea stores would have been somewhat hardened after 5hrs chilling. Hope they've more unique bubble tea flavors in future.
