I'm a repeat customer multiple times at this outlet since they started years ago. 1st time today trying their bubble tea selection though and I went with the Dubai Choc flavor. Surprisingly the black tapioca pearls stay mostly chewy and soft even after 12hrs later in the fridge. Most tapioca pearls I had from other professional boba tea stores would have been somewhat hardened after 5hrs chilling. Hope they've more unique bubble tea flavors in future.

Workers were helpful and friendly, food was fresh and delicious, the place was clean and bright. While we were eating, someone came in to pick up an order placed online and discovered they were at the wrong location. The worker graciously offered to make the two bowls for him at no extra charge.

Well, it's a different type of vibe. Lots of take outs. The place is clean and very well maintained. The two young women at the counter were absolutely terrific. The food is varried and is much better than most fast food.
