I had not been to this new location, yet. But I'm very impressed! I put an order in on the gold star app, so now I've earned a buy one get one offer. That's cool! Of course the parking lot was beautiful and the building was brand new. The staff graded me when I came in to pick up my mobile order. Everywhere was nice and clean. It was late at night so there were side duties being done, but I still became priority immediately. Everything was included with my order without having to ask. It was packed nice. I love this new location. The staff is great, and the food quality is almost always amazing. I’ve had an incident or two in the past (when this location first opened, but understandable because it was just growing pains of a new location), but everything was handled and resolved properly. I’m always welcomed when I walk in, which makes the experience even better. I also really like the rewards program, and the cheese coneys are a great value for the price.
