Terrible experience. We were traveling with our five children and stopped at Panera to eat. After receiving our food, we politely asked at the counter if they could cut one of the sandwiches in half for our 5-year-old twins. The employee took the plate and aggressively threw it instead of simply helping or politely declining. The manager witnessed the entire interaction and appeared uncomfortable and unwilling to address the employee’s behavior as she also appeared scared. This was the first time I ate at a Panera Bread, since there is not one in Richmond. It wasn't bad. I wouldn't make a special trip to eat at one. I had a Ciabatta Cheese steak sandwich, Kettle Corn Chips, and Diet Pepsi. It was delicious. If one comes to Richmond, I will try it again.

Every table was dirty. Trash all over the floor. I spoke to 2 employees and they never even spoke back to me. How rude!? Very disappointing considering I love Panera. I got the Cesar salad. Little to no dressing on it. Had to go back and ask for more. Broccoli cheddar soup was good. Stale bread baguette. A reasonable person would expect more for the price. $14.00+ for one person.
