Was given this & paid $12 for a half full cup of a sundae with half the ingredients missing. I call back courteously to talk to a manager, I get told there’s none on duty and the employee I’m working with has an attitude on the phone as well as when I spoke to her in the drive thru. An assistant manager magically appears after being told there’s no manager or supervisor present. She then tells me she’ll pass me along. I’m assuming she thought I was on hold as she then tells him “she’s complaining that what she got isn’t what we advertised. You can hang up” and he replies “yeah”. Insane lack o

Bought 2 large Matchas no ice. One for my son who complained it was mostly foam. I got home on a 20 minute drive and got to this. Definitely seems like a scam to give you less product.

Every Saturday my daughter and I come to this dunkin for a drink, donuts, gossip. This is our favorite place to come. All the staff are very helpful and always go to extra mile.
