I did an online app order went to the drive-through to pick it up. Waited almost 20 minutes. Got my items as I was driving away I tasted the coffee it was horrible so I went back around and asked them to remake it. I told them that the coffee was extremely bitter and asked them to stir it. They refused to remake the coffee and told me that they could not give me a refund because I did the order through the app. The older woman who was the manager was very rude and very condescending. I never once raised my voice to her nor was I rude. I don’t understand why she was so horribly rude over a cup

The old white woman that works there is absolutely nasty every single time I have encountered her - for a locally owned location, you might want to hire people that have some level of customer service. Way too old to be behaving the way she does. I don’t need an attitude bc you & your staff gave me one drink yesterday & something completely different today even though it’s the same order!! I can question that, it’s my money!! I’ll be going out of my way to other locations from here on out

The worst service ever! They messed up my order and after a long wait, I opened my bag to a burnt egg and cheese bagel, frozen coffee that has NO coffee or flavor to it (tastes like plain cream) and a frozen lemonade that tastes like frozen water. They need to stop hiring people who don’t know how to make drinks or At least train them well so that this doesn’t happen. Such Waste of time and money!

Worse customer service ever from the manager to their employees. Manager is rude and condescending she refuses to answer you and help you also she ignores you when you are talking to her and she wants to be right all the time I come here regularly and every time she is here she just puts everyone on a wrong attitude she continues to say she hates this and this is why she why I quit hospitality someone needs to come and look at this location and handle this asap.
