This Chick was in Hickory, NC. I had a very hard time finding it. The place was packed. It wasn’t organized like all my other chick experiences. I’m sorry but my nuggets were not very good and even my fries ( that I usually love) didn’t taste right. And I’m a big tea lover and my medium tea tasted strange. . This location is a great stop for lunch or dinner if you are in the Hickory area. The food is always superb. The service is, as expected, amazing. You can get through the drive through line expeditiously at any time of day. And every employee meets and greets you with a smile. My longest wait time so far is 7 minutes (the line was wrapped around the building). I have never been given an incorrect order or been served cold food. they hired “special needs” if that’s the proper word, and they were the sweetest. For this reason, I will be returning. There’s a chikfila 15 minutes from me but I will drive an additional 15 to support a location that does this. So kudos👏🏽 amazing food and service!
