The food isn't bad here and people working here are trying their best, but they have a HUGE operational flaw. They're very obviously prioritizing drive-thru orders so that traffic doesn't snake out of their parking lot. So the people who walk in and order food are quickly deprioritized. So while you're standing off to the side for 25-minutes waiting for your food with 15 other people, you'll be able to watch the drive-thru run quickly and efficiently. Keep in mind this was at a random time of day, too. I went in at 2pm and ordered one 12-ct nugget meal and a milkshake and waited 25-minutes.. W

This location is fine for drive thru but is pretty run down inside. Booth seats are torn up and it’s definitely the least clean chik fil a I’ve been in. Everyone was just wiping down their own tables when they came in and the floor was covered in food but the employees stood around chatting. If you want to dine inside, I’d head to the other HR location where they clean up.

BEWARE!!! DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!!! Whenever we order drive thru at this location, it's inevitably that they will forget something from our order. I've learned the hard way to always double check our order before leaving. Unfortunately my husband picked up the food this evening and comes home to a missing salad. We called their manager to complain...she was non-apologetic and honestly super rude, not taking any accountability for her under performing team's mistake. We love Chick Fil A but would recommend another location.

We just went to storytime at this location and it was incredible!!! The staff - Annie, Kristen, and Ariana were so welcoming and made the event so fun for all the kids! All the kids got chocolate milk and cookies and danced and read stories. It was SO special! We just can’t wait to come back. You all have some amazing employees! Thank you!
