First time eating, a Chick-fil-A ended up getting a spicy deluxe meal and a spicy deluxe sandwich. Both were very good. The sandwich by itself was pretty filling. The waffle fries are a nice touch the service that I received setting the bar for excellence when it comes to regards to customer serviceI was greeted as soon as I walked in by the door. Yesterday I visited Chick-fil-A in Schaumburg on Golf Road and placed an online preorder for a lettuce-wrapped burger due to multiple dietary restrictions, a gluten allergy, and autoimmune conditions that significantly affect my stomach and digestive system. Arrived during mid afternoon when I thought it wouldn't be all that busy, but boy, was I wrong! Doesn't seem like this place is ever NOT busy, ESPECIALLY the drive thru. I have a hard time sitting in the car for too long, and the drive thru had a line wrapped around the building, so I went inside to order and saw the dining room was packed as well. Only one customer at the counter ordering though, so I was waited on very quickly. I ordered an original chicken sandwich combo meal and literally asked them if they could do it up to go "as quick as was humanly possible," and they did not hesitate

Service level is an ongoing problem at this location. Placed a mobile order 20 minutes before arriving. Waited in line for 10 minutes. Get to window and order is still not ready. I was told they are making it fresh. Well, what the heck are you doing for the 30 minutes between the order and when I got to the window. I will give a positive review when the service is no longer incompetent.
