Ashley gave us great customer service.. she was funny and cracked jokes with us. She was very attentive and the service was very quick. Food came out quickly and it was very tasty. Bathrooms were clean, the restaurant was clean. It was quiet and easy to talk. We had a great experience here.

My boyfriend and I usually go really late at night. I've found that when we go to restaurants in late hours, the servers and staff are very slow, and a little rude. Thats not the case here. One server in particular- Ashley- was incredibly kind; and the food came out almost immediately. She was very quick with refills, appetizers, food, and sauces. I have certain preferences with my food, and she was very understanding and my food came out correctly. She was great! Also- every time we've come here, it's very clean, very quiet, and food comes out instantly. The wait time is less than a minute

I just had a late-night visit to IHOP, and it was a delightful experience! The atmosphere was surprisingly quiet, making it a perfect spot for breakfast at night. I tried the Chicken Sandwich, which was juicy and well-seasoned, served on a toasted bun with crisp lettuce and tomato. My friend ordered the Blueberry Pancakes along with a Breakfast Burrito. The pancakes were fluffy and loaded with fresh blueberries, while the burrito was hearty, filled with eggs, cheese, and savory sausage. Our server, Ashley W, was fantastic! She was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed
