Was in need of catering for a luncheon and called the Holland store for options. Worked with Todd K directly the day before and he laid out several options. The food was great, the service was prompt. I arrived early for scheduled pick-up and the food was ready, and my catering day was seamless ( even utilized a warmer they had as I had a bit of a drive ). I will use Chick-Fil-A Holland catering again, without doubt. Their product is great, and Todd was beyond helpful and cheerful and certainly helped earned future business. -Josh and Amy Canan

When I got here I was greeted with a warm smile on a rainy day. This girl named Blake was so kind and nice she warm greeting and sweet customer service made my trip here so pleasant! Will be coming back! Also the Mac and cheese was one of the best I’ve ever had!

Good food, fast drive through. Don't go here if you're deaf, you'll get nothing but crap if the passenger tries to assist the hard of hearing driver by relaying the questions and answers through the driver and back to the server. It's "I can't hear you if the passenger is speaking" even though not a single time was the passenger speaking while the driver was speaking.

Paid $34.00 ordered 2 chicken sandwiches crinkle fries and drinks and nuggets.Sat with a green marker for table.In view of the person we ordered from and what looked like a manager in view by counter on laptop. We waited about 1/2 hour nothing came out.Went up to counter to get a refund and wa told they cannot give a refund.They gave our order to someone else they said .They wanted to give us a coupon to use money spent to order again.Bad service once why would I go back again.
