This is unfortunately one of the worse locations for pollo tropical. We order 2 tropichops, a fried chicken sandwich and cheesy plantain bites. After we pay is when they tell us that they dont have churasco even though we already paid. The same for any garlic cilantro sauce. To top it all off they didnt put beans or tomatoes on one of the trolichops and instead of giving me cheesy plantain bites they gave me 4 cheesy yuka bites(which they no longer sell) and one cheesy plantain bite.... The incompetency at this locstion worries me. UPDATE: Went today on april 26. Ordered chicken tender sandwi

We walked in to like 100 chickens grilling in the kitchen. Something you don't see often back where we're from. It was amazing to see. Definitely made me want to try the chicken. It was delicious. Perfectly cooked, juicy. The sauces were delicious. 10 out of 10 for me. So glad we stopped.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I come here on a regular basis. Today i decided instead of going in person to grab food I ordered it to be delivered. As i figured they were going to leave the sauce. Instead of eating my food plain I decide to go to the restaurant. I stand over to the side counter where they hand you the food because the only thing I need is SAUCE. So I’m standing there while some red headed short girl deliberately ignores me and continues to take everyone else’s order. I can see that she’s visibly ignoring me.
