Tony was the most genuinely nice guy I’ve met in service industry. He has a big heart for the people he serves and the food that he makes The food was great. Great BBQ flavor with the right amount of wonderful wood smoke without being overpowering. The sauce sweet but hinting at spiciness. The Big Baker was huge and felt like a blessing on a cold day. We went to the Hoover location for catering services.Tony was extremely caring and helpful. He suggested items we would need for about 50 people. Everything was exactly as he promised. The food arrived on time as was packed very nicely and we had everything we needed. The food was awesome and everyone left the reception happy and full. Thanks again Tony and we will recommend to everyone.
