Great BBQ flavor with the right amount of wonderful wood smoke without being overpowering. The sauce sweet but hinting at spiciness. The Big Baker was huge and felt like a blessing on a cold day. The food arrived on time as was packed very nicely and we had everything we needed. The food was awesome and everyone left the reception happy and full. Thanks again Tony and we will recommend to everyone.
