Ushi is truly a top-tier dining experience. We trusted the chef’s recommendation and enjoyed a 12-course tasting menu that was simply outstanding—each dish felt unique and thoughtfully crafted. What made the night even more special was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff who approached our table was attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. We were celebrating a birthday, and it was such a beautiful touch that each person who came by took a moment to say “happy birthday.” Everything was exquisite and incredibly fresh. Without a doubt, we will be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and elevated dining experience.

If Uchi has no fans I’m dead. I love this restaurant group with all my heart. My friends and I always say this is the best sushi hands down you can find anywhere in the US. From Oheya to Uchi, all the plates are so unique and innovative. It’s so worth the hype!! I’ve been to their locations in Austin, Houston, Miami, and LA and not one of them misses. The staff is always phenomenal. This was our 20th+ time there for my sisters birthday and they treated us beautifully and gifted us two plates. For dishes, you can’t go wrong but as a veteran, their Hama chili is the best thing on the menu. Most makimono roles are amazing so you can’t go wrong but we tried the spring roll recently and it’s a new fan favorite. Also a new try was the Hirame crudo with crunchy quinoa, sooo underrated and a new favorite!! The sen role and the sake roll with apple are also amazing. Their rotations of oysters with mignonette are so unique as well and my favorite oysters anywhere!!! For a vegetable option, the B

Our favorite was the Uchi salad with the nice crunch along with the Walu Walu cuz that ponzu sauce was hecka good and Machi Cure with the refreshing flavor and some more nice crunch with the yucca crisp. We both felt like the price was worth it and the service was great even with a busy Thursday night. Thank you to the Uchi crew. Blessed to have tried your top notch tastings.

Uchi was honestly an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is modern but still really warm and inviting, perfect for a nice dinner or a special occasion. The food was on another level. Every dish felt thoughtfully put together, super fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell they really focus on quality and presentation. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and some of the hot dishes completely surprised me in the best way. Service was just as impressive. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive without being overbearing, and gave great recommendations that we ended up loving. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but honestly worth it for the experience. This isn’t just a meal, it’s something you enjoy and remember. Would 100% come back again.

Really enjoyed dinner at Uchi. The food was delicious and the service was fast without feeling rushed. The standout dish for me was the kinoko nabe with gyutoro — easily the best bite of the evening. Had the most amazing happy hour time at Uchi with Hudson!!! We came for a celebration and made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The happy hour menus were so yummy and fresh, and the service took time to explain each dish and to say how to best eat each one. Will come back on another day to try different things!!

First time trying Uchi and I genuinely DON’T understand the hype. My friend and I did the happy hour omakase ($60 per person), and it was TERRIBLE. Paying over $120 for what amounted to a few shared bites felt like highway robbery. The portions were so small that even a child would have left wanting more. 😐 Half the courses were VEGETABLES—watermelon, eggplant nigiri, and an overly salty fried pumpkin that got us sick. We couldn’t guess what we were eating most of the time, the flavors were non-existent and didn’t pair well. The cilantro shaved ice dessert was BIZARRE and honestly one of the worst desserts I’ve had. The service was great, but the food was underwhelming, and we left hungry. After tax and tip, the meal came out to roughly $86 per person, which was HIGHWAY ROBBERY. To make matters worse, both of us had stomach issues later that night and felt sick. Please save your money and your stomach and SKIP this spot.

We had a wonderful experience here! Kaleb was an excellent sushi chef he was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to make great recommendations. Everything he suggested was delicious, and his knowledge and enthusiasm really enhanced our meal. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, and the service was outstanding. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great sushi experience!
