My husband drove 45 minutes to get dunkin doughnuts only to get there to find out they had no chocolate covered ones and didn't even have any glazed ones. He was wanting a couple dozen and couldn't even get any very disappointing. For a place open till midnight you would think you would keep doughnuts 🍩 readily available. Ended up going to Jolly Pirates for them. Do better

I have been in this Dunkin multiple times! Today there was 1 worker! The drive thru is out onto the street, the lobby is full. This worker is by herself and has tickets and orders everywhere!! They need to hire and schedule more reliable people!! This girl is amazing, and working her butt off. It's not fair to her She is taking care of everyone as fast as she can. My hats off to this lady, she's a rockstar!!! I'm leaving a one star because of the situation, as for the worker....she's a 10!!! 5 stars for her!

I don’t understand the negative reviews for this place… I’ve been going to this Dunkin almost daily for over a year. The staff is kind, easy to get along with, and very fast with orders. Some staff even remember my order and know what I want as soon as they hear my voice. The drinks are great, donut's are fantastic and always fresh. The longest I ever waited on a drink was less than 5 minutes and that was during rush hours.

Gigantic fail on a basic task. When a person is in the drive thru and orders say a breakfast sandwich, do you guve them all the fixings in a bag and ask them to assemble ot themselves, while driving? Of course not, so why in the actual world of 2026 are you handing out toasted bagles in the drive thru with the cream cheese not on it? Zero reason for this franchisee. Zero. This profit trend of giving the customers no or worse customer service, exspecting them to do what your employees should be doin at a BASIC level while charging a premium muat stop.
