Like always I absolutely loved this matcha green tea…. I just didn’t understand what the long wait was considering I was the only customer in the drive-thru and no one was inside.

Monday, May 11, 2026 5:55pm. Before 6pm we stopped to get coffee and eat in the dining area. The front door was locked alrhough the hours of operation said the close was 7pm. We just wanted a nice relaxing few minutes before we spent another hour on the road to get home. We got back in our car and drove to the back. An employee was taking garbage out to the dumpster. At the speaker I asked if they were open because we were just the front door that was locked and the hours of operation on the door said close is 7pm. The female employee said, "When it's slow we can close up early." It's obvious

Both stores in town are gross. Pastries, muffins and sandwich croissants were stale. The egg and sausage insides were… edible. I wish just one of the two stores were even just… okay.

Edited to add: That even after going back to this location to give it another chance, I found a hair in my wake up wrap today. This location never wears a mask, or they wear their masks incorrectly under the nose. I called and asked the manager to educate her staff and ask them to wear their masks correctly. Since then, they still don't wear them correctly and I actually saw one lady who I think was the manager, wearing her mask below her mouth. On top of that, they don't get orders right. Going elsewhere from now on.
