I don’t know what happened- if the owner knows and if the mangers don’t care- but it’s crazy- it takes 20 minutes to get your order through the window especially in the evenings/nights. I’ve seen employees eating from a customer’s bag as they brought it out to them. I was watching the cook- one cook- cooking one hanger patty at a time verse preparing for rushes etc. and the staff is scary. There used to be time limits on how quick and order is prepared for the customer. It’s sad because BK burgers are usually good if there’s not excess sauces

While my orange freeze was delicious my burger and chicken fries were just as cold. Service was super slow. Fight about broke out between a male server and male customer. Last visit for me.

the young lady who gave me my food inthe drive through gave me someone else’s order. The wait was so long I went inside despite it being painful walking with my cane, and the young lady took her time replacing my food, forgot something, then insisted I hobble to the opposite side of the counter, around all the waiting customers, to get the missing item. A different customer was actually kind enough to help bring it to me. When I tried to get their attention to get what was missing, the young lady was much more interested in trying to get permission to leave early at 4 than help any of the seve

As Burger King goes, the experience was pretty average. The staff seem pretty lackadaisical. They never said thank you and I had to have them check my order twice because they gave me the wrong drink. Flavor-wise, I used to think the Whopper was the best fast food hamburger. However I found today's experience to be below average. The fries were not seasoned and the portion was puny.
