I recently visited the restaurant located at 2350 Shane Drive, Louisville, KY 40220, and I have to say this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, everyone was exceptionally nice, friendly, and welcoming. The entire team carried a positive attitude that instantly made us feel comfortable. What truly stood out, and what I’ve never experienced before in any restaurant, was the manager personally coming to our table to check in on us. He politely asked if everything was okay and whether we needed anything else. That small gesture made a huge

I am a regular at this location and rarely have issues. This morning upon pulling up to the window I was told they were still waiting for my food to be prepared. I instantly smelled food burning. Come to find out it was my food burning. My muffins were blackened with soggy chicken crust on one. I ended up having to pitch the food because of the burnt taste was awful. There’s no way they weren’t aware of this before serving me. I called the location as soon as I got home. I spoke to Sabrina the manager in which she was very pleasant & rectified the situation. Moving forward I will always check

This location was partially okay, I know it was 15mins to closing but the fries could've still been kept hot! They were not. The nuggets were. Then I get all the way home (Middletown) just to realize the young lady did not give me my debit card wow 😑 😒 I freaked out, after frantically searching my car i then called and yes they had it! I had to travel all the way back to retrieve it.....

Tony, Austin and the whole crew run an outstanding store. Fast and accurate service every time I swing by (which is probably a little too much). And one of the only Chick fil A with a play place left so that's a bonus.
