I have given this dunkin too many chances. The service is TERRIBLE you don't even get a hi hello or have a good day. Nothing but miserable employees. I have never had a good coffee from this dunkin. Today is the second time getting a med ice that just leaks everywhere. Might be time for the owners to do a walk through....

Dunkin’ is a reliable stop for a quick coffee and bite on the go. The coffee is consistently good, with plenty of options to customize, and the donuts are fresh and classic favorites. Service is usually fast, making it convenient for busy mornings.

The staff is very rude and their attention to detail is non existent. The music was loud you could barely order food. The employees have very little professionalism. I would not recommend this establishment. The parking is absimal and to get out once your in the parking lot is a task all in itself.

Waited at the drivethru for 5 mins when nobody was in it before me. Then I asked for a small latte. I paid 4.31 for it and I got a small milk with ice. Cream , whatever you wanna call it. It was not a latte and tasted like straight cream. Disgusting and I will never be going back there. I was tired from a long day wanted to drink it on my ride home to wake me up. I decided to see if the one on hartford ave would fix it for me and they did. They agreed it looked like straight milk.
