“Great food, friendly service and a clean atmosphere”

Came into the store location in Kearney Nebraska and stood for 15 minutes or longer and not one person came up to the counter and there were at least four people cooking food and saw us. No one asked if we’d been helped, checked on us, or anything. The line kept getting longer and still no buddy came to the counter to take our order. We ended up walking out and the rest of the 6 person line as well. Wouldn’t recommend.

“Joshua was exceptionally pleasant during both of my visits to this location. He consistently goes the extra mile to ensure our order is complete and that we have everything we need. During our last visit, he even kept us updated on the snowy weather—which we truly appreciated since we’re from New Orleans and not used to those conditions. His kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and because of him, we’ll continue returning to this KFC for the rest of our stay in Nebraska. Update from the last time I was here and they remodeled and it is clean, the staff is friendly and they keep the place is clean. I do apologize for the messy eaters who could me here, but thank you for keeping the place clean, it does not go unproved! The Food is good and I’m happy that they decided to do this remodel and get the staff happy to work here. Good job!! Now the bathrooms need remodeling, hopefully they do that soon.
