Feels like family, tastes like home! We had a wonderful time at Cafetomas Kenner — The food is absolutely exceptional. You can tell everything is made with love and care, just like how family would cook for you. We tried a chicken sandwich that used fried plantains instead of bread — wow! So flavorful and unique. LOVE this coffee shop! I always make a point to get some authentic Cuban coffee here - I love how sweet and strong it is. The service here is always extremely welcoming and friendly. I appreciated the opportunity to practice my Spanish skills when ordering, too. I haven’t tried much of the food yet but definitely want to in the future. I love how bright the space is with all the windows. Highly recommend you stop by and support this local establishment!

The breakfast croissant was really good the cheese was cooked into the croissant before assembly. The breakfast plate was well put together, feels like it needs a vessel like a tortilla to come with it. The waitress was very sweet and prompt. The cotado and Cuban coffee were amazingly flavorful.

Definitely don’t have to come back. The service was very poor. We waited 10 minutes to even be able to order our drinks. The tomato sauce tasted like latex. I couldn’t even get a refill on water. Then I watched an employee drop a ton of cups on the floor and pick them up and use them. Pretty gross. All of this while the place was not busy at all.
