To say I’m a regular is an understatement—I live nearby and stop in every day for coffee as a Sip Club member. This location can get busy and seems to handle a lot of catering orders, but no matter how hectic it is, the staff is always fantastic. I’ve been to plenty of places where employees barely acknowledge you, but here I’m consistently greeted and made to feel welcome. I really appreciate that level of customer service.

For the owner of this Panera - I wanted to reach out because this location is constantly out of items, and it’s really frustrating. It feels like every time I order, the things I want are unavailable. For a chain restaurant, I would expect the store to keep enough stock on hand, especially during normal daytime hours. This was ordered in the middle of the day, not anywhere near closing time. It’s disappointing, and I hope the store can improve its ordering and inventory so guests can rely on the menu being available.

I enjoy being able to drop by and get a Charged Lemonade whenever I pass by. Now I seek Panera out when I travel for business even if I don't have time to get a meal. This is one of those times! Just dropped by to get my Charged Strawberry Mint Lemonade. If you join their loyalty club, you get discounts and special offers frequently. I highly recommend this location!
