Went inside to order, but was told by one of two people working there to use the self serve kiosk. Not a great start, but ok. But then I waited nearly 16 min for the food. SIXTEEN MINUTES. Meanwhile, they're shoving multiple orders out the drive thru... I get that that drive thru orders will always take priority, but that's too long. Unacceptable for fast food. Food was ok. 3.5 stars? Maybe 3? I could give it more if it was cheaper or faster.

This is by far the worst location i went inside to order and the employee was sitting on the table next where they cook the fries on her phone and wouldnt even pay attention to me then after I said hello she told me to just use the kiosk to order I told her I was paying cash and she sighed and then finally put her phone down and got off the counter to take my order then walked away without giving me my cup to get my drink after asking her for my cup she acted like it was such a problem to give it to me. When I finally got my cup I went to use the ice and get my drink and the machine would not
