I ordered a platter not realizing it had 2 country fried steaks well I ate one the first night and I was sick all the next day, I went to heat up and eat the second one and I realized they did not cook it well. This is not a t-bone or ribeye which people eat red and with blood dripping. This is cubed steak and like hamburger meat you cook it all the way, Anyway as soon as I cut into this 2nd one in the bright light of today all I saw was bright red. I tossed it. I will cook my own country fried steak, I will never waste my time and stomach by trying their poorly cooked food again.

Amazing experience 1st time we had Bob Evans last week and breakfast for dinner was on the agenda! We had our 9 month old with us and couldn't have been more accommodated from the time we walked in the door to the time we left out!!!! The food didn't stand a chance!!! 🥞🥞🥞🥞We will be back and 2 nights after this experience we ordered in for breakfast for dinner. Enjoyed dining in overall! Thank you Bob Evans

Every thing was great until time to pay the bill at counter. The general manager was going over an employee’s time card while we were waiting. She never acknowledged us or said be right with you. She was also wearing air pods and was unable to hear us when We tried to pay bill. I ended up tossing to bill on the counter and said tried to pay and proceeded to walk out. Manager then waited on us. Waitress and food were great. Manager however needed some customer service training.

We ordered a pickup breakfast.And when we got home , the orange juice was missing and instead of sausage , I received bacon as the protein, so my husband had to take off in the middle of breakfast to go correct their mistake. There's nothing more irritating about bringing a meal home to enjoy.And then having to get up and drive back to the restaurant to retrieve items we payed for.
