The story is the same every single time I come. The wait is forever (on top of the time it took to order, I spent 5 mins at the window and 5 mins parked) management doesn’t care about customers, I’ve had more than one of these instances. Tonight, my toddler just wanted chicken nuggets and then home, and it took 30 mins all in to get our mobile order. Honestly, I’ve had better service at a McDonald’s. After feeding the toddler, I went to get my own food…I’m so glad I paid for a single cherry tomato and 5 pieces of shredded cheese on my pile of wilted lettuce. I’d complain less about this Chick

I ordered catering for our HS sports team and the catering department, Tammy, Ryan, and the rest of her team were easy to work with. They were patient with schedule change AND Ryan not only stayed to set up for the team, he also stayed long enough to hand deliver the sandwiches to the HS guys. Thank you Tammy and team.
